She is filled with a durable Poly-fil® stuffing, and can be gently spot cleaned when the occasion arises. Joy has dark green embroidered eyes with safety eyes for her pupils suitable for a child older than 5 years of age because of the safety eyes. Her long dark brown hair is French braided in the back with loose sloping bangs. Joy has a unique red lip open mouth smile and a tiny nose.
Miss Joy is wearing a printed dress of many colors with matching Mary Jane style slip on shoes that covers her big toed feet plus she has finger digits that move not a feature in many dolls. Both her white ankle socks and white under pants are not removable but her dress and shoes are removable.
